Tech Line Summary Article - We've received reports that the accessory heated steering wheel does not work after installation. Our investigation has revealed that certain accessory kits may have the incorrect cable reel. Before starting the installation, check to make sure you have a kit with the correct cable reel by inspecting the label on the steering wheel side. The correct cable reel will have the label shown below.
