Official summary
SERVICE INFORMATION - The Extended Storage Switch (ESS) now includes the enable/disable of BCM transit mode. - Operating the ESS will, at the same time, enable/disable the BCM transit mode with one operation (as opposed to separately on other models). - Together, the ESS and BCM transit mode are now referred to as "Shipping Mode." - The ESS is still located in the fuse panel. - Vehicles are shipped to dealers with the ESS disengaged (Shipping Mode) to help prevent the 12 volt service battery from becoming discharged during shipping and dealership storage. - Dealerships are required to push in

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
