SERVICE INFORMATION Part order approval from TECH LINE is no longer required when replacing the Audio Visual (A/V) Control Unit on an Applied Vehicle. Previously, TECH LINE would need to be contacted to confirm (or assist with) diagnosis and the proper repair prior to ordering an A/V control unit. This process has been suspended.
