Official summary
IF YOU CONFIRM: Both seat heaters of the second row seats do not work. AND Fuse # 14 is found open (or "blown"). NOTE: This issue applies to both captain and bench type second row heated seating. ACTION: 1. Repair the right side second row seat: a. Clean off welding spatter on the seat hinge (the cause of harness damage), and then apply protective covering on the seat hinge. b. Repair the damaged seat harness wiring or replace the seat harness as necessary. - For repairs, refer to SERVICE PROCEDURE starting on page 3. See this bulletin for further detail.
