IF YOU CONFIRM: When slowly raising the engine RPM, a hissing, whining, and/or air leak type noise of an applied vehicle is heard coming from the driver side lower instrument panel area. - The noise is verified while the vehicle is parked and the transmission is in the Park (P) position. NOTE: A customer may state the noise can be duplicated during light to moderate acceleration in the 10 - 40 MPH range. ACTION: 1.
