Official summary
The amplifier software was not recognizing the Level 3 setting on the Boom! audio system. While cycling the AVC settings may appear to work, our investigation showed the settings of either Level 2 or Level 4 (which ever setting was selected prior to Level 3) were operating in place of Level 3.
