Official summary

Some 2021 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine and built on 01-Nov-2020 and through 30-Dec-2020 may exhibit a no crank/no start condition with an open fuse F48 (position 23) in the battery junction box (BJB). This may be due an intermittent short circuit in a transmission main control solenoid. To correct the condition, replace the open fuse and replace the main control valve body. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01. For claiming, use causal part 7A100 and applicable labor operations in Section 07 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
