Official summary
Some 2020-2021 EcoSport vehicles built on 07-Sep-2020 and through 31-Oct-2020 may exhibit insufficient air conditioning (A/C) cooling. Before performing normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics, access the temperature blend door, remove the actuator and verify no internal binding is occurring. If internal binding is present with the actuator removed, replace the climate control housing. If no internal binding is present with the actuator removed, proceed with normal WSM diagnostics.
