Official summary
Some 2021 Escape/Corsair vehicles may exhibit a concern where the climate control temperature setting is no longer displayed on the SYNC touchscreen. To correct this condition, run the APIM configuration application on the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. Refer to the Workshop Manual, Section 415-00. For claiming, use causal part number 14G371 and applicable labor times from Section 10 of the Service Labor Times Standard (SLTS) Manual.
