Official summary
Some 2021 Transit vehicles equipped with single rear wheel (SRW) and built on or before 01-Jul-2021 may experience an inoperative SEIC. This may be due to the software in the powertrain control module (PCM). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM.
