Official summary
COMBINATION METERS CANNOT BE SWAPPED SERVICE INFORMATION Do not swap combination meter modules between vehicles for any reason in the APPLIED VEHICLES. Due to a new electrical architecture, the vehicle mileage is now stored in multiple control modules. When a mileage difference is detected between modules, the module with the lower value will be immediately overwritten, replacing it with the higher mileage. If a new combination meter module is installed, it will automatically be overwritten to the correct vehicle mileage.
