2021 ROGUE; ELECTRONIC SHIFTER ASSEMBLY SERVICE INFORMATION If the customer has a concern of a MIL, and a DTC(s) is stored in any module, AND The ESM diagnosis of the DTC(s) leads to replacement of the electronic shifter assembly, AND It is determined that the failure of the electronic shifter assembly is caused by an electrical or mechanical failure. Submit a factory warranty claim for replacement of the electronic shifter assembly. Do NOT charge the customer for replacement of the electronic shifter assembly.
