Official summary
Some 2017-2019 F-Super Duty/F-650/F-750 vehicles equipped with a 6.7L may exhibit an engine oil leak. This may be due to the mating surface of the upper oil pan and the engine block. An oil leak in this area may also be influenced by a blocked crankcase oil vent separator. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reseal the engine block.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
