Official summary

Some 2021 Explorer/Aviator/Police Interceptor Utility/F-150 Hybrid vehicles equipped with a 10R80 modular hybrid transmission (MHT) may exhibit a transmission fluid leak at the engine disconnect clutch pressure sensor. This condition may be due to loose engine disconnect clutch pressure sensor fasteners. To correct the condition, tighten the engine disconnect clutch pressure sensor fasteners per Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 307-01. Replacing the engine disconnect clutch sensor is not necessary to correct the condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
