Official summary

Some 2020-2021 Corsair/Aviator/Navigator vehicles may have diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3000:49 DTC stored in the remote function actuator (RFA) module preventing paring-connecting any phone as a key to the vehicle. If this DTC is detected during pre-delivery inspection (PDI) or while diagnosing phone as a key pare/connection issue, remove the RFA fuse or disconnect the battery terminals for minimum of 5 minutes then reinstall.
