Official summary

Some 2021 Edge/Nautilus customers may receive multiple warning messages in the FordPass app and the vehicle may exhibit multiple warning indicators in the IPC, power liftgate inoperative, power windows inoperative, and/or climate control inoperative. The vehicle may also set multiple DTCs related to MS1, HS1, HS3 network concerns including B00D5:01 and B1202:01 setting in the restraints control module (RCM) and various other modules. This may be due to a software concern in the gateway module (GWM). To correct the condition, use the latest version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS)

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
