Official summary

FUEL AND/OR OIL SMELL IS PRESENT WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PARKED IN A CLOSED GARAGE IF YOU CONFIRM The client states that a fuel and/or oil smell is present when the vehicle is parked in a closed garage, even though there are no fuel, oil, or EVAP leaks. ACTION Replace the rocker cover assembly and the PCV separator with those listed in the PARTS INFORMATION, and eliminate PCV hose 2. NOTE: PCV hose 2 (number 15 in Figure 1 on page 2) is no longer required with the parts listed in the PARTS NFORMATION.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
