Official summary
Newmar Corporation has decided that a defect relating to motor vehicle safety exists in specific motorhomes. Lippert (Newmarâ s window supplier) is recalling Hehr 6400 series window vents (Lippert recall 21E 047) built between 10/01/2018 and 08/13/2020, which were used on various coach models during the affected period. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail. Adhesive failure may cause the vent portion of the window to detach, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
