Tech Line Summary Article - Customers are reporting the windows roll up partially but stop and roll back down when attempting to close the sliding door windows using the Auto-Up feature. An investigation of the complaint has identified a software compatibility issue between the window switch and window regulator. We are currently working on a fix, but there is currently no recommended repair. Until a repair is made available, advise the customer to close the window using manual operation by lightly pulling up on the switch until the desired position is reached.
