Official summary
Some 2020 Escape vehicles may encounter false blind spot information system (BLIS) alerts. This may be due to the side obstacle detection right (SODR) and side obstacle detection left (SODL) control module mounting brackets and configuration. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the mounting brackets and configure the modules.
