Official summary

Service Solution for Aero Height Control Interfering with RDF Alignment. The Aerodynamic Height Control feature on the New Cascadia is a feature that raises and lowers the air suspension with relation to vehicle speed in order to reduce drag and achieve better fuel efficiency. The Hadley Smart Valve (HSV) is the module that makes this possible by applying and exhausting air from the rear axle suspension as necessary.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
