Official summary
Some 2021 F150 vehicles may exhibit a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U0253:00 stored in the ABS module. This DTC will not cause observable conditions or result from concerns with other vehicle systems. Diagnose all other DTCs before addressing U0253:00. This DTC should be disregarded when performing diagnostics for concerns unrelated to the ABS system. If an ABS system concern is present, perform normal diagnostics.
