Official summary
Some 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles equipped with a B And O audio system may exhibit the rear sliding window glass rattling when in the open position music is playing. This may be due to a low amount of tension provided by the rear window glass sliding rail and/or the defroster wire vibrating between the two panes of glass. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time.
