Official summary

Some 2020-2022 F-Super Duty pickup vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine, 175 inch wheelbase, and built on or before 23-Sep-2021 may exhibit a thump/whine/knock noise from the midship fuel tank at idle or during key on, engine off (KOEO) after performing TSB 21-2057. The noise may be more pronounced at fuel levels at or below 1/4 tank. This may be due to the fuel pump. To correct the condition, replace the fuel pump and sender assembly with service part HC3Z-9H307-AP. For claiming, use causal part 9H307 and applicable labor operations in Section 08 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Man

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
