Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been built with hood mastic adhesive that does not entirely bond the outer hood to the inner hood. If the outer hood is not correctly bonded to the inner hood, fluttering may be observed while driving at speeds of 70+ mph. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to improve the quality of Rivian vehicles.
