Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may experience inoperable headlamps, turn signals, position lamps, and daytime running lights at temperatures near -10°C (14°F) and below after being exposed for prolonged periods of time to such conditions when the vehicle is shut off (e.g., overnight). Customers may receive a malfunction indicator lamp warning and should notice that this lighting is not operational in darkened conditions.
