Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may be experiencing impaired telematic functionality due to lack of connectivity. Symptoms may include loss of GPS navigation, cellular connection, certain driver-activated assist functions and SOS connectivity. If these features are deactivated due to lost connectivity, the driver will receive â feature unavailableâ alerts or other warnings on the vehicleâ s center display. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to improve the quality of Rivian vehicles.
