2013-2018 ALTIMA; FRONT COMBINATION LAMPS (HEADLAMPS) INSPECTION SERVICE INFORMATION Nissan is committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. All other warranty terms, limitations, and conditions remain unchanged. During the warranty extension period, if a headlamp dimming condition due to delamiation is found in either headlamp, Nissan will replace both headlamps at no charge for parts and labor

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
