Official summary

Some 2020-2021 Mustang GT500 vehicles may experience erratic and harsh shifting at highway speeds and/or reduced speed when accelerating from a stop, with a powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator and DTCs P1601/P061A while using SelectShift. This may be due to powertrain control module (PCM) calibration. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required at this time.
