This Technical Information Notice was sent to dealers to inform them with the permission of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (DOT), MMNA mailed letters with the Pennsylvania DOT letterhead to owners with Pennsylvania addresses, who own certain 2004-2007 Lancer, 2006-2009 Raider, and 2012-2017 i-MiEV vehicles with open Takata recalls.
