Official summary
Some 2019-2021 Ranger vehicles may encounter a concern of FordPass not updating the current vehicle location. This may be due to the software in the gateway module (GWM). To correct this condition, reprogram the GWM using the latest software level of Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming use causal part 14F642 and the applicable labor operations of Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
