Official summary
Some 2022 F-Super Duty vehicles that are not equipped with a telematics control unit (TCU) module and built on or before 03-Mar-2022 may exhibit a no crank/no start condition due to a discharged battery. If no parasitic draw is found during normal diagnostics, run the GWM - Gateway Module A (GWM) Configuration application using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool to correct the condition. For claiming, use causal part 14F642 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
