Official summary
Some 2021-2022 F-150/Bronco and 2022 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit an illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) indicator and stability-traction control indicator when ambient temperatures are below freezing, and diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C1013:09 stored in the ABS module. This may be due to ABS module software parameters and the effects of low ambient temperature on brake fluid viscosity. This condition does not affect brake system hydraulic functionality.
