Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that may have been built with a low clearance condition between the left front frame harness and the steering column intermediate shaft. If the frame harness touches the steering column intermediate shaft and this condition persists over time, the vehicle may experience a wear-through condition of the wires in the frame harness.
