Official summary
Some 2021-2022 Mustang Mach-E vehicles built on or after 26-Jul-2021 may exhibit a noise from the front suspension area. This may be due to spring spacers in the front springs. The spring spacers are for shipping protection and need to be removed prior to delivery to the customer. This is included in the pre-delivery inspection (PDI). If the noise is due to the spring spacers, remove the spring spacers. Do not submit a claim for this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
