Official summary
There is currently a worldwide supply shortage of certain semiconductor components resulting in supply constraints to specific equipment. The Level 1 charging cable for charging at household sockets is currently not available or to a limited extent only. Sales has already notified the markets or dealers about this situation. If a vehicle was ordered with a Level 1 charging cable and it was shipped without a Level 1 charging cable, then the customer will be notified through a service measure as soon as the charging cable is available again.
