Official summary

Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some 2022 R1T vehicles that may experience vibration and noise from the left rear floor due to movement in the hydraulic suspension lines. Hydraulic suspension line movement could cause the lines to vibrate and make contact with the left rear floor and HV Battery housing while the vehicle is in motion. This condition may result in a loud, noticeable noise from the left rear floor and may eventually result in damage to the hydraulic suspension lines. Damaged hydraulic suspension lines may result in a loss of hydraulic suspension pressure

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
