Official summary
Some 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 2.7L EcoBoost, 3.5L EcoBoost, or 3.5L PowerBoost and built on or before 12-May-2022 may exhibit a vibration/shudder felt during light throttle tip in at highway speeds (8,9,10 gear) and no diagnostics trouble codes (DTCs) present. This may be due to various software parameters in the powertrain control module (PCM). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the PCM.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
