Official summary
Some 2022 F-Super Duty four-wheel drive (4WD) pickup vehicles built on or before 16-May-2022 equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit a momentary, slight grinding type noise prior to the 4-3 downshift while coasting without the brakes applied. This may be due to the software in the transmission control module (TCM). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the TCM and powertrain control module (PCM).
