Official summary
Some 2022 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or before 16-May-2022 equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit harsh 3-2 and/or 2-1 downshifts when coming to a stop in tow/haul mode or when using engine brake mode. This may be due to the software in the transmission control module (TCM). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the TCM and powertrain control module (PCM)
