Part Description: Element Assy - Heated Seat Front Lt and Rt Issue Description: 2013 JK(Wrangler) vehicles built from 2013 Start Of Production 7/23/12 to 1/29/13 with heated seats that become inoperative at cold temperatures below 10 degrees.~ Dealers should NOT replace the Heated Seat Module 68138715AA. Dealers should order a new driver and passenger heated seat back pad to correct this issue when the WiTech indicates Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1092 or B1096. ~ Both driver and passenger HEATED SEAT BACK PAD parts should be replaced even if only one seat exhibits the issue.~ The repair ent
