Official summary

Flash: No Start, No Crank Intermittently, B2204 ECU Configuration Mismatch This Bulletin involves reprogramming the Wireless Control Module (WCM). The customer may experience a no crank, no start condition. Upon further diagnosis the tech may find an active B2204 ECU Configuration Mismatch. This condition may be caused by the vehicle's voltage dropping below 4.5 volts for greater than 200 msec, The WCM will lose information from the EEPROM. Information that may be lost includes key programmed status and immobilizer feature enabled status.
