Keyless Entry Transponder Will Not Cycle Door Locks And/Or Bulb Out Indication When Hazard Lights Are Activated This bulletin involves reprogramming of the Body Control Module (BCM) with the latest available software. On vehicles upfitted with LED tail lamps, the customer and/or technician may notice one or more of the following: ? An erroneous bulb out indication message in the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC). ?
