Flash: Unable to Program Vehicle Top Speed Limit This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. ProMaster vehicles are equipped with a vehicle top speed limit feature which can be manually selected using the wiTECH Diagnostic Application. Technicians may find that they are unable to change the top speed limit value from its default value. This bulletin contains revised PCM software that will enable this feature.
