Official summary
TT: Some 2019-2022 model year RX350/L AWD equipped vehicles may have had the LX 75W-85 GL-5 gear oil used during assembly. ?The difference between the LT and LX type gear oil is only relevant to models equipped with Limited Slip type (Dynamic Torque Vectoring) AWD systems. ?LX oil can be used in both LSD and non-LSD equipped vehicles, for vehicles with standard non-LSD AWD systems, the use of LX type gear oil proves no issue to substitute for the LT type gear oil typically found in Dynamic Torque Control AWD systems on RX350/L models. However, use of LT CANNOT be used in LSD equipped vehicles.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
