Official summary
Some 2022 F-Super Duty vehicles built on or after 01-Jun-2022 may exhibit FordPass features inoperative, will not connect, and/or a deep sleep notification. Inform customers that Ford is developing a software fix that is expected in October 2022. Let the customer know they can continue to drive the vehicle and schedule a service appointment for October 2022. Monitor OASIS for updates and confirm that the service appointment is going forward once the repair becomes available.
