Flash: Transmission Shift And Drivability Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming of the Transmission Control Module (TCM) with the latest available software. SYMPTOM/CONDITION: Customers may experience any of the following symptoms: · Hanging or delayed upshift when braking downhill or when braking after high vehicle acceleration rate. · Releasing the accelerator pedal rapidly causes hanging or delayed upshift. **Updating the TCM software will correct the conditions listed above and also improve shift quality for a 2-1 downshift (LA vehicle).**
