Official summary

Police Vehicle A/C Inoperative This bulletin involves relocating the A/C fuse within the front Power Distribution Center (PDC). Customer comments A/C is warm. On further inspection the technician will notice the A/C clutch fuse is loose in its cavity (#12) in the PDC. This will cause a poor connection and the fuse cavity to be distorted.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
