Prior to replacing an Active Grille Shutter (AGS) for DTC code U11E9 (Loss of Communication), please contact Tom Hallahan at cell (248) 494 2083 or email ([email protected]). If he does not respond within 15 minutes, please proceed with replacing AGS.~
