Official summary
TSB: Some 2019 model year Avalon Hybrid, 2018 ? 2019 Camry Hybrid, and 2019 ? 2021 RAV4 Hybrid vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P019064 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor ?A? Signal Plausibility Failure). The Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
